Who are 2 Redhead Productions?

Based in LA, Tanya Giang is the writer/producer of the award-winning webseries Love-Stupid. Her casting credits include Roland Emmerich’s White House Down and the new Nickelodeon series Sam & Cat. As a freelance photographer, she has shot production stills for such films as California SoloThe Kitchen, and Megashark vs Crocosaurus. In New York, Julie Masselis has been steadily building her producing career. She was the production coordinator on the indie Alter Egos and most recently managed productions for several music videos and shorts.

They met while working on the set of Cold Comes the Night with Bryan Cranston and Alice Eve. Inspired by a mutual love of filmmaking, they joked one night that they should be 2 Redheads who take over Hollywood. In 2013, they got serious and officially partnered.

Now 2 Redhead Productions brings you Staging Grief a short film all about the 5 stages of grief –

So what does happen when grief fractures your reality? Can you still trust what you’re feeling? A quirkier look at the five stages of grief, this short film is the story how Lisa copes after the death of the love of her life. With the help of Rebecca, Lisa struggles to return to a sense of normalcy. We follow her as she dutifully goes through each stage of grief and truly learn to find acceptance. But is acceptance ever really possible when you never stop lying to yourself?

An interesting campaign that deserves your attention.  Take a look at the campaign clicking any of the images or the DONATE link above!

We had an interview with the beautiful Tanya Giang (Writer,Director,Producer and Star) of Staging Grief to talk a little bit more about the project.
