A hopeless twenty-something alcoholic gets his life together with the help of his teenage daughter from the future
“MAYBE SOMEDAY” is the story of a hopeless slacker, Hal Donnelly, who’s future seems a little bleak. His love life is non-existent, he’s an unemployed alcoholic, and everyone around him is happy and knows exactly where their life is headed. Hal finds some hope and direction after meeting Abigail, a teenage girl claiming she’s his daughter from the future, who’s come back to prevent him from “becoming the horrible person he’s destined to become.”
The film is being executive produced by Cynthia J. Popp and Christy Dooley (“The Bold & the Beautiful”) and will be handled by Elocin Entertainment (production company). Producer will be Andy Drummond (“DeadHeads”) and will be directed by and star Michael McKiddy (“DeadHeads”) – *See Right*
They are currently in pre-production and in talks with other actors to bring on to the project. They currently plan to shoot late-summer 2013 and will have the film hit the festival circuit in the following spring/fall depending on how submissions go.
This is great news for all Deadheads fans as Michael Mckiddy once again graces our screens after a superb performance in the zombie comedy, what is in store for Maybe Someday, you heard it here first guys.
