Edith and Greta discuss the feature film’s original music from artists such as; Alanis Morrissette, Justin Timberlake, Dave Matthews and, composer Jon Brion. Greta discusses the kindness shown to her by musicians when she reached out to them to work on the film’s soundtrack. She says; “You think as a film maker I might as well try, people might say no but let’s see if we can get a yes!”
Following her interview with Greta, Edith said: “Greta is one of the most exciting female voices in film. I’ve adored her work, both as an actor and writer, and now she sucker punches us with Lady Bird, her first solo directing project. Everything about this film is brilliant, and it was a real treat to fangirl, I mean, chat to her.”
