So the guys over at Empire have released their list of their Top 10 films of the year and I can’t help but think there are some questionable ones in there. Purely personal opinion thou of course as I absolutely hated Blade Runner 2049 yet Frank gave it a stellar 5-Star review and Dunkirk was some of the laziest piece of cinema i’ve ever witnessed so god knows how that made the list either, yet Nick loved it as you can see in his review.
Get Out, Moonlight and Logan deserve their place in the list. Solidified as some of the strongest movies to come out this year but I can’t help but feel a few others deserve their place amongst the 2017 elite.
The Disaster Artist, albeit a late addition to the 2017 calendar deserves a spot in this list. One of the strongest Franco performances about one of the worst films of all time yet it still stands head and shoulders over many other titles that have been released this year.

Which list do you like the best? There is room for Star Wars: The Last Jedi to fit in there somewhere if it’s a step up from the Force Awakens. Can’t be too difficult can it?
